Individual Therapy

The first step toward healing and growth takes courage.

In individual therapy, I start from an attachment and trauma centered approach often utilizing parts work and EMDR when appropriate. 

Our experiences (both positive and negative) shape how we view ourselves, our relationships, and how we interact and view the world. 

My role is to support and encourage you through a process of thoughtful intention in an effort to gain/further connection to self and others. It is the first step in the process of growth and healing.

Common Issues Addressed:

Anxiety, Depression, History of Trauma, Relational Stressors, Grief/Loss, Attachment Insecurities, Shame, & Parenting Support
