Taking the first step toward healing and growth takes courage.
In individual therapy, I work from an attachment- and trauma-informed approach, often incorporating parts work and EMDR when appropriate.
Our experiences—both supportive and painful—shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world.
My role is to walk alongside you with care and intention, supporting deeper connection with yourself and, over time, with others. This growing awareness and connection lay the foundation for meaningful healing and lasting growth
